Malar started her career working with the Special Needs Community in Essex, UK from 2004 to 2009.
She has made a distinct contribution from her diverse experience over 20 years’ working with differently able individuals and parent with strong track record fostering individualised curriculum, transforming, revitalizing individual needs and embrace into the system of society called “inclusion”. Positive achievements dealing with ADHD, ADD, Slow Learners, Cerebral Palsy, Autism associated with behaviour able to manage with classroom routine are some of proud moments that brought smiles to parents, teachers and individuals.
Malar’s contribution is not limited to the classroom environment, she also conducted several live interviews on the air, trainings and workshops for parents as part of awareness programme. Malar is always vigorous in pursuing her objectives and always committed to put all her energy and resources to work until the deliverables is achieved. In view of the growing number in differently able individuals, Malar is now actively involved in learning the skills of “alternative application” based on ancient art as a guide to promote success.
